988wen Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 988wen ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of 988wen — including registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino or slot games, or claiming any bonus — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered on 988wen, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, Esports and other sports), live casino, slot games, and the VIP rewards programme. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or features and will be published alongside those offers when relevant.

988wen reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via notice on the platform. Continued use of 988wen after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically.

2 Account Registration

To use 988wen services you must register a player account. You are permitted to hold only one account on 988wen at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false information at registration or at any subsequent point is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure and confidential. 988wen will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you shared or failed to adequately protect your credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 988wen support immediately.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Account details must be accurate — you will be required to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed.
• You must keep your login details private — do not share your password with anyone.
• Account registration is free — 988wen does not charge a fee to open an account.

3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 988wen. The platform is strictly for adults only. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. 988wen reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) to hold an account on 988wen. Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform — including placing bets or claiming bonuses — is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payments

988wen accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfers to supported Pakistani banks. All balances on the platform are held and displayed in PKR.

Funds deposited to your 988wen account must come from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted and may result in the funds being returned and the account being flagged for review.

Deposit processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited quickly; Raast and bank transfer timelines follow the standard processing schedules of those services. 988wen does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, or to a verified account in your name. 988wen does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, you will be required to complete account verification. This involves confirming your identity and the payment details associated with your account. Verification is a one-time process — once completed, future withdrawals proceed without this step.

Withdrawal requests are processed based on your VIP tier. Higher VIP tiers receive priority processing. All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with these Terms before funds are released.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

988wen offers bonuses and promotional offers to players from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses and other promotional rewards — all credited in PKR. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the time the offer is made and should be read carefully before claiming.

All bonuses on 988wen are subject to wagering requirements. This means that before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn, they must be wagered a specified number of times as stated in the relevant bonus terms. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type and are always stated clearly in the bonus details.

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only on their first deposit.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — results in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

7 VIP Programme

The 988wen VIP programme rewards regular players with benefits that increase as they move through tier levels. Tiers are based on cumulative wagering activity across sports betting, casino games, and slot games. The four tiers — Standard, Silver, Gold and Diamond — each carry distinct benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority and reload bonus eligibility.

VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. A player's tier may be adjusted downward if their activity level falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier during a review period. 988wen will provide notice of any tier changes through in-platform notifications.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account that has earned the relevant tier status. 8 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 988wen covers cricket (including Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals and other domestic and international competitions), football, Esports and other sports markets as available. All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. 988wen reserves the right to void bets where there has been a technical error in the display of odds, or where there is evidence of match manipulation, irregular betting patterns, or other integrity concerns.

• Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the platform.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per bet and per market — these are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• 988wen reserves the right to limit maximum payout amounts on any market at its discretion.

9 Casino & Slots

988wen's casino and slots offering includes live casino games with real dealers and a catalogue of slot machine games. All games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or live dealing systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by individual game providers.

Technical malfunctions in any game — whether caused by server issues, connectivity problems or software errors — void all bets and plays affected by that malfunction. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account. 988wen is not liable for winnings that would have been generated but for a technical malfunction.

• Game history and session logs are maintained and may be reviewed in the event of a dispute.

10 Responsible Gaming

988wen is committed to providing tools and information that help players manage their gaming activity responsibly. The platform is intended to be an entertainment experience for adults aged 18 and above. We strongly encourage all players to set personal deposit limits, session time limits and to take regular breaks from gaming activity.

Players who feel their gaming is becoming difficult to control are encouraged to use the self-exclusion or cooling-off tools available through their account settings, or to visit the Responsible Gaming page for guidance on self-management. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 988wen account. This includes keeping your password strong and unique, not sharing your login details with anyone, and logging out of shared or public devices after each session.

988wen will never ask you to provide your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. Any message claiming to be from 988wen and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Do not access your account from public or unsecured WiFi networks without appropriate precautions.
• Report any suspicious account activity to 988wen support without delay.

12 Suspension & Account Closure

988wen reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, multiple account creation, abuse of bonuses, use of automated software, suspected underage access, or concerns about account security.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any remaining balance associated with bonus funds or suspicious wagering activity may be forfeited. Real money deposits that are unambiguously confirmed as genuine will be returned after investigation is complete.

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 988wen support. Closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

13 Limitation of Liability

988wen provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, downtime or technical issues at all times. 988wen is not liable for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform unavailability, game malfunctions, connectivity issues on the player's side, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers.

To the fullest extent permitted, 988wen's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of real money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 988wen is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses of any kind.

14 Changes to These Terms

988wen may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be displayed on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly.

If you continue to use 988wen after the effective date of any changes, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and return of any real money balance.
