Whether you are a first-time visitor or a returning member, it is completely normal to have questions about how a gaming platform works. This FAQ page covers the most common things players in Pakistan ask about — from setting up an account and making a deposit to placing live bets during a PSL match and requesting a withdrawal to your JazzCash wallet.
988wen is built specifically with the Pakistan market in mind. That means PKR is the default currency, local payment options like JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast are fully integrated, and cricket — especially PSL and T20 internationals — is front and centre in the sports betting section. If you cannot find the answer you are looking for in the FAQ above, the sections below cover some of the most important topics in more detail.
Creating an account on 988wen is free and takes no more than two minutes. You will need a valid Pakistan mobile number to register and verify your account. Once set up, you can log in from any device — desktop, Android, or iOS — without needing to download a separate app. The platform runs entirely in your mobile browser, which keeps things simple and means you are always on the latest version without manual updates.
After logging in for the first time, it is worth spending a moment setting up your account properly. Add a payment method, check your profile settings, and take a look at what bonuses are currently available. New players often find a welcome offer waiting for them — just make sure you read the terms before claiming anything so you know the wagering requirements upfront.
Important: 988wen is an entertainment platform for adults only. You must be 18 or older to register and play. Please set a personal budget before you start and treat gaming as a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Visit our Responsible Gaming page for practical guidance.
One of the most common questions we get from Pakistan players is about payments. The good news is that 988wen keeps things simple — all transactions happen in PKR, and the supported methods are ones most Pakistani users already have on their phones. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the fastest options, with deposits reflecting in your balance almost immediately after the transfer goes through on your end.
Withdrawals work the same way in reverse. Request a payout, select your preferred method, and the funds are sent to your mobile wallet or bank account. Most withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed on the same day. If you are a VIP member, your withdrawals are prioritised and processed faster than standard requests. Visit the Withdrawal page for current limits and timing details.
Cricket is the most popular sport on 988wen by a wide margin. During PSL season, the platform is buzzing with pre-match and in-play markets on every game. You can bet on match winners, top batsmen, total runs per over, wicket fall markets, and much more. Odds are competitive and updated in real time during live matches.
For T20 internationals and bilateral series involving Pakistan, the same depth of markets is available. If you are into football, 988wen covers major European leagues and international competitions. Esports fans will find PUBG Mobile and CS2 tournament betting available throughout the year. All markets are accessible from the Betting page after you log in.
The slot library on 988wen covers everything from simple classic slots to feature-heavy video slots with multipliers, cascading reels, and bonus buy options. Every game uses certified RNG technology, meaning the results are genuinely random and not influenced by anything other than chance. RTP information for each title is available in the game details so you can make informed choices about which games to play.
If you prefer something more interactive, the live casino section offers real dealer games. These are streamed in real time and give you the feel of a physical table without leaving your home. All games are accessible on mobile and desktop — no performance difference either way.
If you have read through the FAQ and still cannot find what you are looking for, the support team is available 24/7 via live chat. Response times are fast, and the team is familiar with common issues Pakistan players face — whether it is a payment query, a bonus question, or a technical problem with a game. You can also check the About Us page for more background on the platform, or review the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy for the full details on how 988wen operates.
